Delete from the Aqd app (fastest)

1. Open Aqd and go to your Profile tab.
2. Open Settings → Deactivate or delete account.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Your profile is hidden immediately and permanently deleted after about 3 months. Signing in again before then cancels the deletion. If you only want a break, choose Deactivate instead — it hides your profile without deleting anything.

Request deletion without the app

If you can no longer access the app, email support@aqd.bd from the email address (or include the phone number) registered to your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We verify ownership and start the same deletion process within 7 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: your profile, photos, preferences, matches, conversations, and verification media.
• Kept only where the law requires it: minimal transaction and safety records (for example payment receipts or reports filed against abuse), retained for the statutory period and then erased.
